Do you want to know how and when we started our project?
Marraskuun lopussa (2013) saimme iloisia uutisia. Meidän hakemus CIMOn Youth in Action -ohjelmaan oli hyväksytty! Varsinainen hankesuunnittelu alkoi tammikuussa 2014, mutta halusimme järjestää kick-off päivän rauhallisissa merkeissä. Eräänä joulukuun iltana, tarkalleen ottaen 28.12.2013, järjestimme hijab-juhlat, jossa opetimme toisillemme uusia huivityylejä ja jaoimme hyödyllisiä vinkkejä huivin käyttöön liittyen. Kun me muut tytöt saavuimme juhlan emännän kotiin, meitä odotti söpö yllätys eteisessä.
In the end of November 2013 we received happy news. Our application to CIMOs Youth in Action program was accepted! The real planning started in January 2014 but we wanted to organize a kick-off day in relaxed environment. 28th of December we organized a hijab party where we did hijab tutorials for each others and we also shared very useful tips related to the use of scarf. When we other girls entered the host's house there was a cute surprise waiting for us in the main hall.
